Traditional South African Grass-Fed Beef Biltong! Biltong is similar to Beef Jerky but the drying process is a little different. Biltong is made using a spice mix (Salt, White Pepper, Coriander) and Red Wine Vinegar. The meat is then air-dried for 3-4 days until its ready. High in protein and tastes delicious!
