Bulk Pastured Pork Order Details:

  • Pigs are offered as whole or half
  • They are sold by live weight ($3.10/lb for half and $3/lb for whole)

  • Processing fees are additional and are paid directly to the butcher

  • Processing fees include custom cutting and packaging following your specifications

  • All-natural cures available for bacon

  • Hogs are processed at Trackside Butcher Shop in Campbellsburg, KY.

  • Our Hogs are fed a Non-GMO diet

Half Hog:

  • Approximately 70-75 lbs of meat
  • Can easily fit in a small chest freezer (7-8 cu.ft)
  • Estimated cost of $6.83/lb in the freezer

  • Approximate retail value of $650 (Your approximate cost is $526.25)

  • $150 deposit required to order

  • The price includes us hauling the animal to the processor and educating you on the cut choices available

  • Once your order is ready you can pick it up at the butcher

  • Estimates are based on a 275lb animal, weights can differ which will change the estimates

Whole Hog:

  • Approximately 140-150 lbs of meat
  • Can easily fit in a small chest freezer (7-8 cu.ft)
  • Estimated cost of $6.55/lb in the freezer

  • Approximate retail value of $1300 (Your approximate cost is $1011)

  • $200 deposit required to order

  • The price includes us hauling the animal to the processor and educating you on the cut choices available

Whats included with your purchase:

Its important to note that each animal is different and will not yield exactly whats listed below, yet this can be used as a general guideline on what to expect for a whole hog.

  • 12-15lbs of bacon
  • 15-18lbs of Chops (Bone-in or Boneless chops)

  • 15-20lbs of sausage (More if you grind hams, picnic roasts etc)

  • 30-40lbs of hams (can be made into smoked ham steaks, whole hams or ground for more sausage)

  • 20-25lbs shoulder roast (Boston Butt, Picnic Roast)

  • 3-5lbs spare ribs

  • 4-5lbs ham hocks

  • 3-5 lbs soup bones

  • Options for various flavors of Bratwurst as well
